What is an Affiliate Program?

An Affiliate Program is a partnership with a merchant who pays you a percentage of the revenues generated by clients/players that you have introduced to them. An Affiliate Program is for this reason an easy way to generate extra profits from the traffic to your website.

How do I become an affiliate?

Simply complete a quick online application form, detailing your website and contact information, and read and accept our Affiliate Agreement. Each application is reviewed individually within 2 working days.

How long does it take to be accepted?

Once submitted your online application form, we will respond to you within 2 working days. UvsPoker.com reserves the right to refuse applications at its discretion.

Do I need to have a website to be an affiliate?

No, you have the flexibility to promote UvsPoker either online via links that you can easily insert into your website or offline by word of mouth.

Does this program cost me anything?

It won't cost you a cent to join! Our Affiliate Program is absolutely free!

Can I participate in other Affiliate Programs?

Yes, you may join other affiliate programs because we do not require exclusivity.

Do you accept players from all countries?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept clients from USA, American Samoa, China PRC, Cuba, Hong Kong, India, Iran, Iraq, Macau, Malta, Nigeria, Northern Mariana Islands, South Korea, Turkey or Virgin Islands.

Tracking

How does the tracking work?

When a code is created in the user interface, that code is tagged to your chosen promotion and all the new signups will be automatically assigned to your affiliate account.

How do I link my site to UvsPoker?

When you sign up as an affiliate, you must create a code that is connected to a promotion of your choice. Link the URL with the tracking code you would have created http://www.UvsPoker.com?code=xxxx). This tracking code is unique to you and when players sign-up from your URL we will know the source of the players.

How can I sign up players to UvsPoker offline?

You can sign up players by giving them a bonus code. This code is unique to you. When any player signs up with your bonus code, they would be automatically tracked to you. Just contact partner support and we will take care of setting a bonus code for you

Commission & Payments

How is my commission calculated?

Your poker commission is calculated every calendar month based on how much revenue your players have generated, with deductions for different bonuses and promotion costs during the month. The compensation model is the following:

Example

If the monthly Net Revenue generated by Your players is €16 000, then Your Commission will be calculated as follows:
€5 000 x 0.20 + €5 000 x 0.25 + €6 000 x 0.30 = €4 050 in commission.

How is the net revenue calculated?

For poker, net revenue is calculated as the total of your players' contribution to all "rakes" the new players were involved in while playing at the UvsPoker room, less any credits, bonus or promotional amounts given to players, less charge backs or any uncollectible revenue attributable to the Players.

Example:

Gross Revenue (Rake contributed)
- Bonuses and/or Loyalty bonuses, promotional amounts, etc
- Payment and deposit costs
- Fraud costs and charge-backs
= Net Revenue

When do I get paid?

Commissions will be transferred by the 15th day of the following month.
For example: You will receive your January commission by the 15th of February.

How are affiliate payments made?

Affiliate payments are made into your player account.

How can I know how much I have earned in commission?

You can check your commissions earned online. Just login and click on the tab revenue and costs in the affiliate section of our website. These Statistics are updated daily by 9am.

How can I cash out my affiliate earnings?

You can withdraw your affiliate earnings from your player account through your preferred choice of payment method (eg bank transfer or credit card).

Are negative accruals carried over to the next month?

Yes. Negative accruals are carried forward to the next month.

Marketing

What can you offer my players?

We can set up special tournaments, freerolls etc, exclusively to your players.

Can I sign-up with your affiliate program if I do not have a website?

Yes absolutely! You can chose to promote www.UvsPoker.com both online and offline. Online by means of a website and/or E-mail marketing. Offline by word of mouth and/or print.

What marketing materials can I use for promoting UvsPoker?

You can choose to promote UvsPoker using our bonus codes, merchandize, online banners, text links, special promotions to your players and much more!

Can I use any method available to recruit players?

Yes, you are completely free to choose your marketing campaign. However, it is prohibited to use abusive practices such as Spam, Adware or Spyware and all other non solicited communication to potential players. You also must follow the marketing code and rules in the Terms & Conditions.
